What you'll be doing:

As IT Change Coordinator, you will be in charge of:

  • Ensure all change management activities are delivered in a quality and timely manner

  • Attend various customer CAB calls representing BT

  • Liaise with Project, Design and Operation teams to ensure changes are fit for purpose

  • Provide a single point of contact / interface for the client for CM

  • Customer liaison at a Senior level (Head of)

  • To work closely with the Design, Operations and Service teams to ensure good relations and thus maximum co−operation

  • To gain a clear understanding of the customer’s business and communication needs and priorities

  • Act in a totally professional and responsible manner at all times and be an ambassador for BT

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals

  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience

  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills:

  • Experience in a service support function

  • ITIL foundation certified is an advantage

  • Experience in a cange management or related (Incident, Problem, Project) function is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level

Additional info:

As the team has to cover the Americas as well as EMEA, sometimes attending calls starting as late as 20:00 CET is expectable.
