Who you are:

A confident self-starter with experience of ecommerce trading and optimisation. You identify opportunities to grow sales through data and insight, working closely with your own and other teams to get changes successfully implemented.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning digital TV retention sales and conversion through the website and set top box, leading on trading and optimisation

• Prepare weekly TV trading performance reviews explaining current and upcoming performance

• Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to manage and implement a promotions calendar based on business opportunities and financial objectives

• Understand and utilize insights from web analytics to maximise sales and revenue

• Work closely with the TV Product & Development teams as well as the Digital Experience teams identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, order journeys and enhance capability

• Create and run A|B tests based on identified opportunities

• Merchandising products in order to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell through strong navigation and UX knowledge

• Create quarterly trading plans and in quarter trading recovery plans

• Regular site audits (online and STB), ensuring all information and pricing is displayed correctly

• Understand and contribute to the Commercial and Marketing TV strategies

• Regular competitor review and idea gathering

• eCommerce trading and planning experience

• Identification of navigation and UX improvements to drive conversion

• Adobe Analytics and Target experience

• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure

• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage change and ambiguity

• Ability to improve processes

• Ability to clearly present numerical information

• Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
