What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of the wider Broadband, TV, & Sport marketing team, leading on delivering and optimising specific BTL marketing programmes in broadband. You’ll collaborate closely with others to define, develop and implement specific marketing programmes and propositions to drive revenue and business growth.
This team is focused on making sure the decisions they make are based on commercial and customer insights, through listening to the marketplace, and observing consumer behaviour. This opportunity will involve management of marketing campaigns or communications activity through development to launch, delivery and evaluation to meet challenging acquisition targets, with a focus on continually optimising campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and agree key milestones, specific programmes and campaign KPI’s. You’ll be able to communicate detail of campaigns/projects and translate plans/projects into detailed objectives, bring the business along on the marketing journey with you!
You will have had experience delivering large scale consumer acquisition campaigns, with a preferred specialism in BTL, working with agencies, data teams, sales service and .com teams to deliver acquisition comms strategy
You will have strong data management skills and commercial acumen, able to use insights to drive your marketing campaign decision making.
You’ll have experience in managing effective expenditure of marketing budgets and ownership of related targets, involving the presentation of business cases’, marketing plans, evaluation reports with recommendations for improvement to marketing leadership team
You’ll have brilliant relationship skills to work effective with product line, sales channels and external suppliers and partners.

We’ll also need to see these on your CV:
Classic marketing training/foundations, client or agency, and best practices on BTL you can bring to the table regardless of what industry.
Evidence of managing large scale campaigns TTL, with specific BTL experience and expertise.
Ability to adapt to BT culture/fast paced environment.
Passionate about marketing/brand building/comms.
