General profile
? Bachelor or Master degree in Economy, Electronics or IT
? Minimum 10 years experience in a externally oriented commercial or sales role in an ICT, Telecom or Consulting market
? Languages: NL, FR and UK. DE optional but not required
Skills profile
? Entry points at CxO level or IT Director level in medium and large sized corporations
? Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure business
? Experience in selling managed services, consulting frame agreements and telecom roll-out and modernisation projects
? Ability to develop customer relationship with mid and long term relationships
? Be the prime trustee of the customer?s ICT and Operations Management
? Flexible in mobility (customers are located all over Belgium)
? A hunter profile. Someone who loves prospecting and developing future business

Technology profile
? Ability to propose solutions to customers based on Cisco, Siemens, HP, Microsoft, IBM and Citrix
? Know the telecom market in terms of large operators
? Understand the infrastructure integration business, all the way to the cables and connections
? Experience in selling larger staffing and consulting contracts
? Experience in placing consultants with a technical speciality in Microsoft, IBM, Citrix, Cisco, Siemens, Avaya, HP
? Experience in placing consultants with a methodical speciality in Prince2 Project Management, PMI, MSP, Six Sigma or any relevant technological methodology in design or architecture
? Be able to sell telecom maintenance projects based on environments in Cisco, Tandberg, Polycom
? You will carry the official title of Business Specialist, and will work at Account Manager level. A senior sales position in BT.
