Senior Sales Professional

Purpose Of Role:

  • The role holder is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the company and selling its products, services and bespoke solutions with Carriers

  • The role holder will have a technical understanding of BT's portfolio to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements.

  • He/she stays abreast of the latest sales developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrier prospecting, management negotiations and relation leading to strong long/term strategy partnership

  • Strong working knowledge of a strategic carrier daily capacity and network

  • Ability to learn brokerage pricing techniques and tools to effectively secure capacity at optimal rates

  • Ability and willingness to support customer management duties as needed by the business.

  • Achieving Sales Targets though building Pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Work and learn independently and in Team

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • University degree.

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 5 year in selling to and though Carrier (telco)

  • Hunting Skills and attitude

  • Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Sound technical understanding of BT's products and services

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • English Fluently

  • Proven successful sales track-record

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to present a clear business case.

  • Creative and flexible mind

  • Driven to successful thought discipline and self-motivation.
