What you'll be doing

You’ll be:

  • Leading a team of acquisition sales professionals

  • Setting clear goals and KPI’s for the team and ensuring high levels of review against the quality and success of your ongoing plan

  • Being the team’s lead on internal representation with other support functions as well as leading on key opportunities.

  • Delivering against challenging targets in terms of new business and attracting new logo’s to BT.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Leadership skills and an ability to achieve results through others

  • Commercial acumen and sound account management experience

  • An ability to develop productive working relationships

  • A hunger to deliver results and drive our business forwards

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
