New Business Account Manager

Why this role matters
As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll combine interpersonal skills with commercial know-how to acquire BT’s new business accounts. Working on small to mid-sized accounts – and having the chance to support larger opportunities offering new customers the benefits of both the BT and the EE portfolio. You will also have the benefit of working closely with BT local business directors and sales teams to optimise the regional market growth potential.
What you'll be doing
Work independently and collaboratively on small to mid-sized new logo accounts
Support Senior Sales Managers on larger accounts within BT local business
Work with Account Managers and Acquisition teams to develop well-considered strategies
Understand our industry, our position within it, and how we match up to the competition
Led clear regional plans to increase BT brand loyalty and credibility on a local level in line with the One BT strategy
Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Experienced in mobiles sales.
Worked in a partner environment.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Commercial understanding and an interest in business
An ability to develop productive working relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A hunger to develop skills and business knowledge
