Supply Chain Support Specialist / Manager
Team: BT in the Americas / BT Unified Trading
Location: New York metro / New Jersey metro area
Travel: Minimal; commute within NY/NJ metro area to offices and warehouses
Existing authorization to work in the United States is required. Relocation support for this position is not currently available.

Responsible for purchasing hardware / software, professional services and initial maintenance to customers in the US, Canada and Latin America
Coordinate with our 3 rd party warehousing and logistic partner to manage inventory and provide timely delivery of equipment.
Review all Avante sales orders processed for any action required.
Work closely and assist with sales, projects and service teams.
What you’ll be doing
Create purchase orders for proprietary BT products and 3 rd party vendors in Avante and/or Oracle.
Process receipts in Oracle and/or Avante for invoice approvals in Markview or electronic deliveries of software and licenses and distribute as needed.
Manage all project numbers for Inventory TRS resale.
Maintain accounts with the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center and/or Hewlett Packard Enterprise to download software, keep track of license keys for Microsoft products, and link and activate initial support for purchased servers.
Manage additional vendor accounts including Ingram Micro, Nice, Verint, and Cisco
Maintain relationships with specific 3rd party suppliers needed for restocking inventory for immediate delivery orders.
We’ll also need to see this on your resume:
Solid experience in supply chain management operations, purchasing, cost accounting and procurement systems, both domestically and internationally
Strong ERP systems experience (Preferred experience with Avante, Vantage and/or Oracle Finance / GFP systems)
Inventory management experience
Project management experience
Logistical operations experience
Experience working with 3 rd party vendors and services
Experience creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Experience creating cycle count schedules for the warehouse and running monthly reports for the finance team.
Preferred but not required: International Trade requirement knowledge
Four year college degree preferred
