BT Indirect Sales Professional in Shanghai, China

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new channel partners in China for reselling BT’s enterprise solutions such as conferencing and contact center services, or any other services as we see fit

  • Establish solid business relationship with China Telecom/China Unicom/China Mobile’s local entities in key cities in China for developing new business from any services as required

  • Establish solid business relationship and develop business with local sales offices of Tier-2 telecom service providers in China

  • Develop plans to exceed/achieve annual sales targets

  • Assess market opportunities and formulates sales strategies and tactics for customer segments within the responsible region

  • Update funnel on SalesForce.com on a regular basis for sales reporting and informing management of sales progress, success and issues

  • Drive strategic initiatives as required from time to time

  • Perform revenue and demand forecasting

Skills/Experience :

  • University graduate

  • At least 7-10 years of working experiences in the telecom industry in China with successful track records

  • Local Mandarin speaker with a good command of spoken and written English

  • Previous working relationship with telecom carriers and System Integrators in China preferred

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communication;

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

  • High level of integrity

  • Competent in using computer applications
