The Specifics:

Contract: permanent

Work Schedule: Normal working hours 37.5

Opportunity to work from home: Yes – if agreed with LM

What you’ll be doing:

You will be in charge of:

  • Managing and coordinating payroll for the 3 countries, including updating benefits

  • HR Services in Nordics (Sweden, Norway and Denmark), working closely with the local HR Manager, providing consultancy service and advice to line managers and their teams on HR processes and services to enable them to meet their business objectives in line with regional and business strategies, company values, policies and procedures, HR best practice and external legislative requirements

  • Acting as main point of contact of HR Services Centre: ensuring smooth on boarding and leavers process, coordinating employee letters and long term awards, providing guidelines, reviewing and improving processes, following up on open cases and escalating in case of issues

  • Acting as main point of contract for our third parties for administration purposes (lease company, insurance companies and pay roll companies, …)

  • Managing employee communications on HR topics

  • Acting as Health & Safety champion for Nordics

Soft Skills

  • Experience in working in a global matrix organisation

  • Proactive, engaged, reliable, able to prioritise, drive processes when necessary, people person, stakeholders management, customer advocacy, problem solving, delivery excellence

  • Take ownership and act as main point of knowledge for the HR Manager

Professional Skills

  • Graduate level or equivalent

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Swedish payroll preferably multi-country (Denmark and Norway)

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience and knowledge in general HR topics: resourcing, labour relations, compensation & benefits, employee services, management development, employee relations, employee communications and employee professional development

  • Excel, Power Point and Word skills are essential

  • Swedish Employee & Labour law knowledge necessary and Nordic and Danish Employee and Labour Law are an advantage

Language skills

  • Fluency English and Swedish are a must

  • Norwegian and Danish are an advantage
